We offer a range of community-based support groups, designed to provide a safe and inclusive space for shared experiences.

These groups are guided with care, offering structure while allowing individuals to engage at their own pace. They are grounded in a trauma-informed approach and aim to create a sense of connection without pressure.

1:1 Counselling & Psychotherapy with Emily

Emily offers one-to-one counselling within the Hub, providing a calm and private space to explore your thoughts and experiences.

Her work is trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ inclusive, supporting individuals with sensitivity, respect and an understanding of the wider context of their lives.

Sessions are paced around you with no expectation to have everything defined or understood at the outset.
